Cannot install fax
From the beginning we thought it could be a problem with fax modem or driver. We tried installing different drivers. But the same problem appears and with Multitech external serial and USB fax modems! So the problem belongs to Windows and not to fax modems or drivers. Hi Paolgreek,. No, Fax Server role is not installed and we do not need it. If you can share the KB number or update name, we can look into it and this will also help other users with similar issue.
