Cannot convert word doc to pdf

Office is a payment scheme, not a version. I'm assuming you're on Windows running Office After it's installed, you choose it as a printer and create PDFs that way. Have you always had this problem, or did it work properly for a while and the start "messing up"? I assume that it is safe to say that at some point during your problem you have rebooted your computer at least once or twice. If you haven't, do that to start with. First thing to try, start Word in "Safe Mode". This disables addins. There has been a history of carpy addins causing unexpectable problems since the day Office was released. When the Word document that you have prepared has hyperlinks and you do not want them to disappear after conversion, you will need to use the special Adobe PDF menu or toolbar buttons instead of the PDF printer during the conversion.

If you are using Word Perfect, you will need to make sure that Publish to PDF settings have been set to convert hyperlinks. You should be able to comment on balloons in the resulting PDF.
